The Bartender is responsible for maintaining the bar area, providing friendly and professional hospitality to guests, crafting beverages according to guest and restaurant specifications, and processing payment. The bartender also plays a key role in assisting with ordering for liquor, beer, and wine as well as closing duties.
Huntington House Tavern at the Grand Lake Lodge serves brunch, lunch, and dinner 7 days a week. The dining room boasts the best views of Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, and the surrounding Rocky Mountain range. Our menu features as many local and scratch-made ingredients as possible, including locally raised and processed prime-aged beef and locally grown wild mushrooms.

At the Grand Lake Lodge, we offer free housing and meals (our employee dining room offers self-serve breakfast, hot lunch and dinner). We also allow our team members to rent kayaks and paddleboards for their enjoyment, free of charge. We are steps from many hiking trails in Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapaho National Forest. Our property is open seasonally from May 25 through early October.
