We're currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Team. Principle Purpose of Job

The Lead Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and proper functioning of all ranch facilities, property, and equipment. They will assist in providing the best possible experience for our guests and fellow staff by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team on HotSOS requests promptly and professionally.
  • Perform upkeep, repair, and maintenance on all ranch property areas, including cabins, lodge rooms, restrooms, and more.
  • Conduct plumbing repairs, including water heater replacement and clearing stoppages.
  • Maintain pool and hot tub through regular cleaning and maintenance.
  • Perform carpentry repairs, including structural framing and finish work.
  • Conduct electrical repairs and ensure proper lighting throughout the property.
  • Execute interior and exterior painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all entrance and storage areas, ensuring secure property.
  • Accurately complete work orders and daily logs, documenting receipts as required.
  • Diagnose equipment problems, perform repairs, and conduct regular preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

Experience/Personal Attributes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 -3 years of maintenance experience required, along with relevant industry licensing and accreditation.
  • Valid driver’s license required, with knowledge in the use of electrical testing instruments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift/carry 30+ lbs., and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys working with the public, able to work well alone or with other team members, flexible to department and Ranch needs, maintaining a professional appearance identified by Ranch logo uniforms.

Compensation Description:

$24.00 – 30.00/hr  Competitive pay commensurate with education and experience. This is a full-time position with an expectation of working 40 hours a week on average.

Due to the nature of our 24-hour operation, there is no guaranteed work schedule. Managers will try to accommodate specific schedule requests, but they are never guaranteed if business volume prohibits.
