Opportunity to be part of a friendly, professional team, in a well-equipped and organized kitchen working alongside Chef-Owner Neil Ferguson, whose career was exclusively in Michelin-starred restaurants in London, Paris, and New York. It is 95 seat restaurant operating from May to late October. We buy locally as much as possible and cook tasty, proper food with no shortcuts.
Applicants should know how to work clean, efficient, organized and have a willingness to learn. This a TEAM orientated kitchen...check egos at the door, please.
We do have nice housing available not too far from the restaurant, which does have a cost involved.(manageable)
