J Bar H Outfitters is a full-time professional big game hunting outfitter. We operate in a non-motorized area of the White River and Routt National Forests in NW Colorado. We are located south and west of Steamboat Springs, CO. The nearest town is Craig, CO which is about 25 miles from our base camp. We have been in business since 1998.

We operate in the White River & Routt National Forests; a beautiful part of NW Colorado. Non-motorized so we use horses and mules to access our camps. Our base camp is accessible by vehicle.
