We are looking for a leader to assist our chef in daily operations of one of the busiest restaurants in the Zion area. This position requires a working knowledge of food safety, inventory control, menu planning, sanitation and supervisory accountability.

We are in the finishing stages of a kitchen remodel. With this investment we require someone who is focused on keeping up the standards and insuring that expectations are met.

Our busy season starts mid March and continues through November. If sitting on your thumbs and being stagnate is your idea of fun, keep scrolling.
