Position Summary: The Conference Setup and Services Team Member provides impeccable guest service to conference groups through precise room/event set-ups, professional and friendly communication, prompt follow-through on requests, maintaining a high level of service throughout guests' stay, and meeting the standards of meeting room cleanliness and set-up detail defined by Dept. Manager.
Compensation: This is a seasonal, hourly (40 hours/week), position paying $230/week with lodging, meals, YMCA of the Rockies membership, free or discounted gear rentals, employee programming, discounts at local merchants and more!
Job Duration: Seasonal employees can work anywhere between 3 weeks to 8 months at a time with us. Depending on the department, some jobs may require at least 2-3 months minimum, not 3 weeks.
