Our season runs from May 15th to October 1st (hotel until October 15th). We are willing to work with you on your dates as the main focus of our season is from June through August. We do hire a diverse staff that combines full time RV’ers, aka. Workampers, college students and beyond. We do also hire J1 students but only from approved agencies. 2019 staff ranged in age from 17-79.

The Prep Cook may relieve the Head Cook for days off so they will need to be organized and able to run the foodservice operation.
