Yellowstone Club’s Property Management department is currently seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager for the upcoming Winter season! Our Winter employment dates are November 15th- April 23rd. 

The purpose of the Assistant Property Manager is rooted in assisting Property Managers to provide first-class holistic care for members’ residences. It is the duty of the Assistant Property Manager to aid the Property Managers in overseeing the overall operation of the property, and the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained residence within established management, operating and fiscal policies. The ability to effectively communicate with the Property Managers, homeowners, and contractors is critical.

Responsibilities Include:  

  • Effectively take direction from Property Managers.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication via email and phone.
  • Cultivate and maintain quality relationships with Property Managers, owners, vendors and contractors to ensure positive current and future business.
  • Ensures that all work is carried out in a consistent, professional, timely and cost efficient manner.
  • Performs routine inspections of residences to ensure that the homes are in a constant state of readiness.

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 seasons of property management experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs
  • Work in varied inclement weather

The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.
