Job Summary: Serves as the second-in-command in the kitchen, responsible for supervising staff, managing day-to-day culinary operations, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.

Pay: Starting at $1,848.00 bi-weekly (subject to change for 2025)
Schedule: Typical schedule is 45-50 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Restaurant Manager
Job Summary: Oversees all aspects of dining room operations, including staff scheduling, guest service, and quality control, while collaborating closely with the F&B Manager and BOH Leadership Team.
