As a Ski Instructor at BRC are our Passionate People who make our Innovative Environments accessible to our guests and bring our Dynamic Programming to life! BRC Instructors understand that the lesson begins as soon as the guest. Instructors Play Safe by understanding, upholding, and bringing awareness to the NSAA Responsibility Code, BRC Skiing and Riding Policies, and Own Their Zone by ensuring Snowsport zones are properly set up and taken down each day, and communicate any grooming requests. Instructors are role models for our guests and uphold BRC policies, procedures, and values, leading by example to ensure the highest industry standards are being met in every aspect of our operation.

As a Snowboard Instructor at BRC are our Passionate People who make our Innovative Environments accessible to our guests and bring our Dynamic Programming to life! BRC Certified Instructors understand that the lesson begins as soon as the guest arrives and may include assisting guests from the point of purchase, through fulfillment, rentals, and gearing up with all Snowsport necessities before even getting to snow. Certified Instructors are role models for other instructors, staff, and guests, and uphold BRC policies, procedures, and values, leading by example to ensure the highest industry standards are being met in every aspect of our operation.

As a member of the Retail Services Team you are responsible for helping guests with ski and snowboard retail products and information based on the guests needs. A comprehensive understanding of our ski and snowboard retail products is a must as is excellent guest service skills. Members of Retail Services will effectively promote and execute the delivery of exceptional guest service that will exceed our guest's expectations, enhance their winter sports experience, in a fun, informative and efficient atmosphere to provide a sound financial return to the company.

The Ski School Manager is part of the manager leadership team for Boreal Ridge Corporation. This position assists with the Services functions for all Snowsports Operations. The successful candidate will gain and develop experience in ski industry staff management, revenue center management and development. We strive to provide entrepreneurial experiences, services, and products to Boreal, Soda Springs & Woodward Tahoe guests. The Adult Snowsports Manager will help to carry out the annual revenue center plan in conjunction with the company's strategic plan and the Snowsports/Rental Operations, process, and standards. Manages direct reports over Business Units to ensure high standards of systems, processes, communication, and administration. Ensures the highest level of guest service for primary guest service interaction areas. Works in unison with Mountain Sports managers to meet operational and company goals. The Adult Snowsports manager is responsible for efficient and effective operation of the Snowsports lesson Programs.

The Equipment Rental Technician manages a number of responsibilities for our guests. They are responsible for assessing their needs and fitting them with proper equipment so they can efficiently get to the slopes. This individual always jumps at the opportunity to fulfill whatever our guests need and thrives in a team environment. The Rental Shop is a fast-paced, high volume operation and priorities change on a dime. The Rental Technician delivers excellent guest service and is responsible for managing transactions, selecting, assembling, and fitting proper equipment for our guests, and maintaining the rental shop and it's equipment.

The Lift Operator is the backbone of the resort. They play many roles...a skycap to the peak, a guide to our guests looking for the best terrain or newest park feature, a safeguard to our guests' well-being, and of course to share in the excitement of a day in the mountains.Their off days are spent lapping the park, searching for powder stashes, and cruising corduroy. Their responsibilities are not just safety critical, but essential to the experience for skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels. With that said, no task is too small as working on Donner Summit means we all pick up a shovel and pitch in all aspects of resort operations no matter our title.

The Tube Park Operator often introduces many of our guests to the mountain. Some of our guests have young children that aren't yet ready to ski or ride, are new to the snow entirely, or are looking for a relaxing environment to enjoy the snow. This individual is responsible for creating a safe and exciting experience that is inclusive to everyone. The Tube Park Crewmember and fellow team members coordinate tubing operations including checking tickets, operating the conveyor belt, and conducting tubing starts and swift exit after each ride.

The Food & Beverage Services Team member is responsible for the cleanliness of the cafeteria and cleans dishes, utensils, and cookware. This individual is energetic, thorough, and works efficiently in a high-volume environment. Aside from maintaining the cafeteria and kitchen, this individual assists the cooks in the kitchen, serves food, and supports the rest of the food and beverage operation.

The Food & Beverage Cashier takes orders and handles transactions for our various F&B locations. This individual is enthusiastic, professional, and works quickly with excellent guest service. Aside from handling transactions, the F&B Cashier keeps all areas organized and clean, delivers guest service, and supports the rest of the food and beverage operation.

The Mountain Patroller ensures the safety of our guests and employees both on and off the mountain. This individual supports multiple priorities including supporting the opening and closing of the mountain, assisting in diverse emergency and medical situations, and collaborating with other departments to drive a culture of safety and service.

Their workdays are spent outside creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone by assisting guests, shoveling, doing area maintenance, and taking laps. Their responsibilities are not just safety-critical but as the staff members that all guests interact with, they help create a positive experience for skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels.
