The Skateboard Coach position is an integral part of the camper's experience, providing a dynamic platform that is unmatched. You will execute and support all aspects of the program, including overall curriculum and appropriate use of facilities. The goal is to ensure a high level of training and progression, making sure campers are engaged and participating in a responsible manner.  
The Skateboard Zone Coach position will be responsible for the safety, vibe, and cleanliness of the Action Sports facilities around camp. Zone Coaches will be responsible for one (1) Action Sports facility per Zone Coach shift. Zone Coaches need to make sure campers are acting responsibly and respectfully to others and using the facility in a safe manner. They will be responsible for upholding energy within the park and for the cleanliness of the facility.  
The Skateboard Counselor is responsible for the safety, health, and well-being of all campers within assigned cabin throughout the day and from the time they return to the cabin for the evening to when campers are released to instruction the following morning. They will be responsible for assisting campers with any needs or challenges that arise during the week, referring to department leads as needed. This role provides you with the ability to connect with the campers outside of the park setting, and enhance the overall experience.

JOB SUMMARY:  
As a Camp Registered Nurse, responsibilities include; the medication administration and care of ill campers, staff, guests and visiting athletes. Within this role there are varying degrees of processes in which must be understood and prioritized in order to successfully achieve the daily operations of this department. Camp Nurse should be knowledgeable in general nurse care, drug administration and overall care for youth and adults. Must be willing to evolve and adapt with the needs of the business.  
You should be knowledgeable in healthcare, wellness, and safety initiatives and programs.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
• Maintain and be a knowledgeable resource of current and proposed standards of practice and state guidelines of registered nurses  
• Ensuring adherence to HIPPA standards  
• Oversee the medicine administration process for all campers, guests, and staff  
• Responsible to provide comprehensive nurse care to all campers, guests, and staff  
• Work alongside the Transportation department to ensure the best care is provided to all on camp property  
• Work alongside athletic trainers and behavioral health professionals to execute the best plan of care for campers, staff, and guests  
• Responsible for scheduling and follow-up evaluation and check-in appointments  
• Other duties as assigned

Music Program Attendant

Woodward

The Music Program Attendant position plays a key role in providing an enriching and exciting experience for campers through structured music sessions focused on rock band instruments, DJ skills, recording and performance. You will lead and support all aspects of the music program, including instrument instruction, vocal coaching, writing, recording and guided practice sessions, while fostering creativity and a love for music. The goal is to ensure campers have a fun and educational environment where they can grow their musical talents and collaborate with peers. The Music Program Attendant is responsible for creating an engaging and safe environment for all participants, ensuring campers’ growth in musicianship, and assisting with preparations for performances.

Within this role there are varying degrees of processes in which must be understood and prioritized in order to successfully achieve the daily operations of this department.  You should be knowledgeable in healthcare, wellness, and safety initiatives and programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
• Maintain and be a knowledgeable resource of current and proposed standards of practice and state guidelines of registered nurses  
• Supervise the daily operation of the infirmary  
• Create and execute staff schedule for the infirmary  
• Ensuring adherence to HIPPA standards  
• Execute the medicine administration process for all campers, guests, and staff to ensure compliance across state and ACA guidelines  
• Work alongside the Transportation department to ensure the best care is provided to all medical transports    
• Work alongside athletic trainers and other medical staff to execute the best plan of care for campers, staff, and guests  
• Oversite of maintaining records on campers, staff, and guests utilizing our internal platforms  
• Liaison between parents, coaches, program staff, and athletes regarding illness care, prevention, management, and treatment.  
• Maintain Woodward's safety logs, operational sheets and incident logs  
• Provide on-call overnight coverage on a rotational basis every night via phone and radio coverage

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and mitigate potential risks, injuries, and incidents, ensuring a safe and secure work environment for all team members and Woodward guests.  This role also directly provides and assists with patient care in a residential action sports campus. 
The Health & Safety Manager will report to the VP of Woodward Camps and collaborate closely with Leadership at Woodward PA and Woodward West.  
Located at Woodward PA, this is a year-round opportunity with a performance-based incentive program and a robust benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401K match plan and more. The proposed annual salary is $60,000.
