You will execute and support all aspects of the program, including overall curriculum and appropriate use of facilities. The goal is to ensure a high level of training and progression, making sure campers are engaged and participating in a responsible manner. The Parkour Counselor will be in collaboration with coaching and is responsible for the safety, health, and well-being of all campers.

The Dirt Jump Attendant at Woodward Camp is an integral part of the camper's experience. They will be responsible for keeping Woodward's renowned dirt facilities (Small Dirt, Big Dirt and BMX Race Track) operating at a high level. The Dirt Jump Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure all the courses/features are in safe, ridable, and presentable condition. In addition the Dirt Jump Attendant should be focused on the safety of the campers and staff at all times.

The BMX Freestyle Program Supervisor will oversee, continually develop, grow and manage the BMX Freestyle Program at Woodward East/PA. Supervise all aspects of the BMX Freestyle program including staff, daily responsibilities, and develop a fun, interactive environment for campers. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the overall Woodward Camp quality and direction of the food service program, including tuition-based and retail units. They will be transitioning the current menu to a menu focused on scratch cooked components that will utilize fresh and minimally processed ingredients. This position is responsible for the daily operations and services of 1,500-2,000 meals per day. They will work to build a food program that features simple, thoughtfully prepared homestyle meals. The F&B Manager would focus on organization, food safety, and above all, a commitment to exemplary service to all WW guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hiring; scheduling; training staff with professional culinary skills to execute scratch cooked meals; performance evaluations; budgeting; financial oversight of food and labor costs; food safety, food allergy, HACCP protocols; inventory; labor models; development and implementation of all relevant SOPs; general kitchen and retail oversight and quality assurance; all F&B special events; and vertical integration between Woodward brand partners.

This position will play an integral part in receiving new merchandise, managing inventory, and driving sales. This position will be responsible for recruiting training Pro Shop Associates and leading all pro shop operations. As a Health and Wellness Counselor your mission is to support the day-to-day care of campers and facilitate a safe and supportive environment to provide best care for campers during their stay at Woodward Camp. To achieve this, a Health and Wellness Counselor will understand and execute safety protocols and processes, be mindful, aware, and present across all camp facilities, including, but not limited to, their assigned cabin or zones. Health and Wellness counselors will stay on campus in designated staff housing and will oversee assigned cabin unit(s) and be present throughout the day for campers during instruction and in free time and recreation.

As a Health and Wellness Supervisor your mission is to support the day-to-day care of campers and facilitate a safe and supportive environment to provide best care for campers during their stay at Woodward Camp. To achieve this, a Supervisor will understand and execute safety protocols and processes, be mindful, aware, and present across all camp facilities, including, but not limited to, their assigned cabin or zones. Health and Wellness Supervisors will stay on campus in designated staff housing and will oversee the Health and Wellness daily operations, lead, support and delegate tasks to the team of H+W Counselors. Support assigned cabin unit(s) and be present throughout the day for campers during instruction and in free time and recreation. Supervisors are positive role models at camp to help build an environment of safety, connection, and lifelong skills.

The Food Service Attendant are responsible for providing exceptional food service to our campers, guests, and staff. This position requires the employee to prepare ingredients, wash dishes, attend to the dining area during meal times, and/or serve food to campers and staff.

Cooks are responsible for providing exceptional service and nutritional food to our campers, guests, and staff. Would be required to use a variety of industrial kitchen appliances to prepare foods. Must be able to follow basic instruction and multi-task to prepare the proper amount of food in a timely manner and properly clean the kitchen area after service.

The Maintenance Attendant at Woodward Camp is an integral part of the camper's experience. They will be responsible for keeping Woodward's renowned facilities operating at a high level. The Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of tasks across the property ensuring the campus remains clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for our guests. These vital tasks may include landscaping, cleaning, removing trash, and performing maintenance on a wide array of features at our facilities. The Maintenance Attendant should be eager to learn new skills, able to work in an outside environment, and work in a team setting.

The Housekeeper executes and oversees all housekeeping operations across the entire campus. They are responsible for maintaining healthy, clean, and sanitized housing/restroom facilities for, and guests. The Housekeeper is responsible for all cleaning duties, conducting routine audits, and maintaining adequate inventory levels of all supplies and equipment. They are responsible for submitting order requests to maintain inventory.

The BMX Program Manager oversees, continually develops, grows and manages the BMX Freestyle and Race Programs at Woodward PA. The BMX Program Manager manages all aspects of the BMX program staff, develops the overall BMX programming plan, and oversees BMX program facilities and equipment. In addition, the BMX Program Manager oversees BMX group sales, visiting pro appearances, and industry relationships at Woodward PA. The BMX Program Manager also supports the marketing and content teams in the development of BMX sponsorships, athletes and content plans.

The Hospitality Senior Manager will be an essential member of Woodward's senior leadership team, reporting to the General Manager. The successful applicant will enhance guest experience through campus-wide food and beverage oversight, as well as ensuring a hospitable experience in Woodward's housing department.
Woodward is home to a 12-bedroom lodge and houses up to 850 campers in an array of cabins along with up to 250 staff in various housing accommodations located on and off the main campus. Woodward also has a large cafeteria plus several retail food outlets.
The Hospitality Senior Manager will oversee several departments and manage teams to ensure the highest levels of service, experience, and hospitality are achieved. This person will demonstrate a passion for hospitality that elevates the overall camp F&B and lodging experience for our VIPs, guests, campers, parents, and staff.

The Lodge & Housing Manager at Woodward PA is responsible for all aspects of housing, housekeeping and hospitality services at all properties owned by Woodward. Woodward PA is home to a 12 bedroom lodge and houses up to 850 campers in an array of cabins along with up to 250 staff in various housing accommodations located on and off the main campus.
The Lodge & Housing Manager will oversee the placement of staff, campers and VIPs in appropriate housing, resolve any housing conflicts, and ensure that cleaning standards are being adhered to with a focus on enhancing the guest experience. The Lodge & Housing Manager will ensure that the housing needs of our guests, staff, and campers are being met in a prompt, appropriate and high touch manner. This position resides at the Lodge.

The Roller Skate Coach is an integral part of the camper's experience, providing a dynamic platform that is unmatched. You will execute and support all aspects of the program, including overall curriculum and appropriate use of facilities. The goal is to ensure a high level of training and progression, making sure campers are engaged and participating in a responsible manner.
The Roller Skate Zone Coach position will be responsible for the safety, vibe, and cleanliness of the Action Sport facilities around camp. Zone Coaches will be responsible for one Action Sports facility per Zone Coach shift. Zone Coaches need to make sure campers are acting responsibly and respectfully to others and using the facility in a safe manner.
The Roller Skate Counselor, in collaboration with the Health & Wellness department, will be responsible for the safety, health, and well-being of all campers within assigned cabin throughout the day and from the time they return to the cabin for the evening to when campers are released to instruction the following morning.

The Multisport Coach position is an integral part of the camper's experience, providing a dynamic platform that is unmatched. You will execute and support all aspects of the program, including overall curriculum and appropriate use of facilities. The goal is to ensure a high level of training and progression, making sure campers are engaged and participating in a responsible manner. Multisport coaches should have basic expertise in one or more of the following sports: Trampolining/Tumbling, Parkour, Bouldering, Skateboarding, Scootering, and BMX. They will be responsible for upholding energy within the park and for the cleanliness of the facility. Multisport staff will also support in facilitating recreational activities throughout the day.

The Multisport Program Supervisor will oversee, continually develop, grow and manage the Multisport Program at Woodward West/CA. Coordinate all aspects of the Multisport Program including staff, daily responsibilities, and develop a fun, interactive environment for campers. The Multisport Supervisor will help support the overall relationships and developments with brands within the industry. The Supervisor will assist in overseeing programming and activities for the following sports, Tramplining/Tumbling, Parkour, Bouldering, Skateboarding, Scootering, and BMX.

The Woodward PA Sr. Action Sports Photographer will be an essential member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Woodward Camps Marketing Director and Marketing & Production Supervisor. As a critical function within the marketing team, this person will work closely with the Marketing Team to capture weekly and daily deliverables at Woodward PA that support the marketing plan.
It is critical that the photographer is not only successful in capturing content, but also comfortable editing and exporting in a variety of web formats. They must also be comfortable working with children and pro athletes of different sports, engaging with them to set up different shots when necessary.The role is highly collaborative and strong communication skills are essential in building momentum around Summer Camp 2023.

The Woodward Assistant Photographer role is geared toward intern and student level photographers looking to gain experience and learn from some of the best photo crews in the industry! The Assistant Photographer will be part of the Woodward Camps Marketing Team and gain experience understanding and executing against marketing deliverables. The duties of the Assistant Photographer include, but are not limited to, capturing content for recreational activities, photo packages, and providing support for sport content lists.
It is critical that the photographer is not only successful in capturing content, but also comfortable with children. Shooting and editing for a broad range of projects, this person must be motivated to capture all aspects of the Woodward experience. The role is highly collaborative and strong communication skills are essential in building momentum around Summer Camp 2023.

The Woodward PA Video Content Specialist will be an essential member of the Marketing team and reports to the Woodward Camps Content Manager and Marketing & Production Supervisor. As a critical function within the marketing team, this person will work closely with the Marketing Director, Content Manager, and Marketing Managers to capture weekly and daily deliverables at Woodward PA. Daily responsibilities include content capture for both social media and full-length videos involving camp programming, VIP and Pro Athlete interactions, recreational activities, partnership activations, and general summer camp fun.
It is critical that the Video Content Specialist is not only successful in capturing content, but also comfortable editing and exporting video in a variety of web formats. They must also be comfortable working with children and pro athletes of different sports and engaging with them to set up different shots when necessary. This person must be motivated to capture all aspects of the Woodward experience, as well as bring camp to life with interviews and sound bites. The role is highly collaborative and strong communication skills are essential in building momentum around Summer Camp 2023.

The Transportation Driver's overall objective is to ensure the safe transport of campers, staff, and VIP guests. Additionally, they will support all departments with seeking and supplying materials and operational needs. They will drive in a manner that is safe, reliable and within all laws and safety protocols.

The Transportation Coordinator's overall objective is to ensure that transportation services are carried out in compliance with Woodward guidelines. The Coordinator oversees transportation staff and third-party vendors to ensure safe transport of campers, staff and VIP's. The Transportation Coordinator shows a high level of customer and is committed to resolving challenges for all departments around the clock and can perform under pressure.
