The Skateboard Coach position is an integral part of the camper's experience, providing a dynamic platform that is unmatched. You will execute and support all aspects of the program, including overall curriculum and appropriate use of facilities. The goal is to ensure a high level of training and progression, making sure campers are engaged and participating in a responsible manner.
The Skateboard Zone Coach position will be responsible for the safety, vibe, and cleanliness of the Action Sports facilities around camp. Zone Coaches will be responsible for one (1) Action Sports facility per Zone Coach shift. Zone Coaches need to make sure campers are acting responsibly and respectfully to others and using the facility in a safe manner. They will be responsible for upholding energy within the park and for the cleanliness of the facility.
The Skateboard Counselor is responsible for the safety, health, and well-being of all campers within assigned cabin throughout the day and from the time they return to the cabin for the evening to when campers are released to instruction the following morning. They will be responsible for assisting campers with any needs or challenges that arise during the week, referring to department leads as needed. This role provides you with the ability to connect with the campers outside of the park setting, and enhance the overall experience.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Camp Registered Nurse, responsibilities include; the medication administration and care of ill campers, staff, guests and visiting athletes. Within this role there are varying degrees of processes in which must be understood and prioritized in order to successfully achieve the daily operations of this department. Camp Nurse should be knowledgeable in general nurse care, drug administration and overall care for youth and adults. Must be willing to evolve and adapt with the needs of the business.
You should be knowledgeable in healthcare, wellness, and safety initiatives and programs.

The Music Program Attendant position plays a key role in providing an enriching and exciting experience for campers through structured music sessions focused on rock band instruments, DJ skills, recording and performance. You will lead and support all aspects of the music program, including instrument instruction, vocal coaching, writing, recording and guided practice sessions, while fostering creativity and a love for music. The goal is to ensure campers have a fun and educational environment where they can grow their musical talents and collaborate with peers. The Music Program Attendant is responsible for creating an engaging and safe environment for all participants, ensuring campers’ growth in musicianship, and assisting with preparations for performances.

The Lifeguard position is an integral part of the camper's visit, providing an experience beyond all expectations. You will execute and support all aspects of the daily pool and lake operations. The goal is to oversee the aquatic facilities and ensure that all campers, guests and staff are safe and adhering to rules and policies. The Year Round Maintenance Supervisor at Woodward Camp is an integral part of the camper's experience. They will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance staff, maintaining records, keeping Woodward's renowned facilities operating at a high level. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing a variety of tasks across the property ensuring the campus remains clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for our guests. These vital tasks may include landscaping, cleaning, removing trash, and performing maintenance on a wide array of features at our facilities.
This is a full-time year-round position with a robust benefits package including Flexible Time Off, matching 401k, Health Benefits, Annual Bonus Incentive Program and a proposed hourly rate of $23/hr.

As the Woodward Camps (PA & West) Year Round Health and Safety Manager with a focus on risk and safety, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive health and safety programs and procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and mitigate potential risks, injuries, and incidents, ensuring a safe and secure work environment for all team members and Woodward guests. This role also directly provides and assists with patient care in a residential action sports campus.
The Health & Safety Manager will report to the VP of Woodward Camps and collaborate closely with Leadership at Woodward PA and Woodward West.
Located at Woodward PA, this is a year-round opportunity with a performance-based incentive program and a robust benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401K match plan and more. The proposed annual salary is $60,000.
