Join us for a summer of adventure at our award-winning Tutka Bay Lodge!  The lodge is set at the entrance to a deep 9-mile fjord within a State Park, located 25 minutes by boat from Homer, Alaska.  We bring our guests into the natural world in hopes of transforming their coastal Alaska experience.

Our adventure programming includes, but is not limited to, sea kayaking, hiking, and helicopter-assisted excursions such as glacier trekking, tundra exploration, and fly fishing.  Other adventures include packrafting, snorkeling, bear viewing, and deep-sea fishing.

Our guides are professionals who work closely together as a team to create one-of-a-kind experiences for our guests.  We are heavily focused on the education  and interpretation of the natural landscapes, abundant wildlife, geologic history, human and cultural history, and foraging opportunities through our adventure programming.

Wilderness First Responder Certification (WFR) is mandatory upon the start date.

We look for guides at Tutka Bay Lodge who can contribute to our guests' Alaska adventure, can work in a remote environment successfully, exhibit advanced professional skills, and take pride in a positive team attitude and contribution.
