WINTER PARK RESORT OVERVIEW
Opened in January of 1940, Winter Park Resort is the oldest continuously operating resort in the United States. Winter Park is perfectly positioned in the Fraser Valley for great access to amazing outdoor recreation as well as an easy drive to Denver. The Outdoor Adventure Summer Operations Crew Lead supports the Outdoor Adventure Supervisor in coordinating and supervising the daily operations of Winter Park Resort’s Outdoor Adventure offerings, including WP Guides, Tours and Summer Activities. Assisting in making plans, setting schedules, and organizing staff to achieve operational goals. They are responsible for helping to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all activities. Crew Leads are responsible for pre-season set up, daily maintenance, and post-season take down of all activities. They will demonstrate exceptional leadership and guest service skills, and consistently display safe and ethical work practices. The Outdoor Adventure Crew Lead will be part of a dynamic team, creating unique mountain experiences for employees and guests. The OA Crew Lead will follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes.
- Work in a team environment to ensure exceptional guest experiences at Winter Park Resort.
- Responsible for daily operations of all activities.
- Act as an ambassador of Winter Park Resort.
- Attend and understand all training provided
- Assist other crew members in opening and closing of activities
- Maintain accurate records according to established guidelines.
- Have a passion for the outdoors

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED, some college or similar experience preferred.
Experience: At least one year of operational supervisory experience, guest service experience preferred.
Qualifications and Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to hike and perform daily maintenance tasks.
