Western Colorado Conservation Corps

WCCC recruits young adults and youth ages 16-25 to complete service projects on public lands in western Colorado. WCCC Members work on the health and accessibility of these lands through projects such as: building and maintaining trails, fuel mitigation, fence construction and maintenance, invasive species removal, habitat restoration, and other conservation related projects in back/front country.

WCCC crews are based in the urban centers of Grand Junction and Gunnison, Colorado, and venture out on a wide variety of projects in Mesa, Delta, Montrose, and Gunnison counties.
