West Creek Ranch is looking for the 2024 seasonal team! Join our beautiful Montana ranch in offering a five star experience to our guests in Paradise Valley. All employees are offered housing and meals as benefits of their employment, so make the best of your Montana backyard by working and playing by the Yellowstone River beneath the beauty of Emigrant Peak!

Positions that are 6 months or longer become benefits eligible and may opt in to coverage the first of the month following hire. For example a 6 month position that starts May 13th is eligible for coverage starting June 1st.

Benefits include medical plan options, dental, and vision.

401k eligibility starts at 500 hours ~ 12.5 weeks..

Must be First Aid/CPR certified before arrival.
