All line cooks will work closely with the Executive Chef to provide our guests with an extraordinary dining experience. Job duties include scratch baking, rolling fresh pasta, charcuterie, sous vide, fermentation, daily menu changes, and innovation. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a desire to assist in the creative process. Prior experience, as well as knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation, is a must. A calm, sensible demeanor and being a solid team player is also a must.

Salary depends upon experience.

Must be available for the full season, May 19th, 2021 to October 29th, 2021.
