FOH manager will be responsible for
Scheduling, Liquior, beer and wine orders, managing the FOH staff, greeting customers,
general managerial duties that are associated with a normal FOH manager

Wait staff is responsible for waiting on tables, wine service, cleaning the FOH before we open,
learning the POS system, running food, bussing tables.

Stocking and inventory of bar needs,
learning the pos system
proficient with drinks
daily cocktail special
general cleaning and organizing

Line cook
at least 4 years of fine dining experience
Be able to prep for your area and help out in others
keep a clean organized area.
Help with daily specials

Looking for a self motivated individual that can run a fast paced detail orientated kitchen.
at least 5 years of cooking experience.

willing to work more than a 40 hour week. We pay overtime.
