    • Seeking Line Cooks with at least 4 years of fine dining experience.
    • Able to prep for your area and help out in others.
    • Keep a clean organized area.
    • Help with daily specials.

    Sous Chef

    $18.00 - $20.00 / hour + tips
    Virginia City
    • Looking for a self-motivated individual that can run a fast-paced detail orientated kitchen.  
    • at least 5 years of cooking experience.  
    • scheduling BOH staff 
    • helping with ordering and inventory 
    • menu and specials input 
    • willing to work more than a 40 hour week. - We pay overtime.
