On-property positions are seasonal, full time, hourly, and based at Waterfall Resort on Prince of Wales Island in Southeast Alaska.

Under the direction of the executive chef, cooks prepare buffet style breakfasts and dinners for up to 92 guests or crew per meal.

Dishwashers help cooks prepare for meals, wash dishes, clean the kitchen, and perform general kitchen chores.

The lunch maker prepares boat lunches.

Servers set up the guest dining room, clearing and cleaning up the dining room after service, bussing tables, helping cooks prepare for meals, and setting up the salad bar and other stations as needed.

The utility floater covers days off in the guest kitchen.

World Class Sport Fishing Resort, located in SE Alaska, seeking experienced bookkeeper.
All qualified applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience. Applicants must also be proficient in cash handling, Excel, inventory control, and customer service. Hotel Front Desk or Retail experience preferred. Knowledge of software programs i.e. point of sale or Salesforce helpful but not required. This is a hands-on position that requires daily interaction with resort guests, co-workers, and management staff. Competitive wage, tips, housing & meals included.

Hospitality is at the core of our guest experience. Tournament hosts oversee fishing contest duties such as daily records, contestant photos, and prize distribution; people skills and photography talent are desirable.

Our expert guides take up to four guests fishing each day. They must be personable and professional with novice and experienced anglers alike, and are responsible for operating their boats safely, as well as the cleanliness of their boats and fishing equipment.
Requires a U.S. Coast Guard six-pack license or higher, pre-employment drug test, and solid and confirmable work history. -
Mechanics and mechanics assistants work on Volvo Penta and Mercury engines. Duties include repairing and/or rebuilding engines and other generalized boat repairs. Applicants should have a history of working on marine diesel engines.

Tackle repair crew maintain fishing equipment, repairing broken reels and fishing rods, issuing tackle to guides, and maintaining a tackle inventory. Applicants should have experience in tackle repair.

Housekeepers keep the resort looking good by cleaning guest rooms and common areas and maintaining overall resort cleanliness.

Maintenance crew keep the property in shape, from plumbing and wiring to repairing equipment and building projects.

The Night Watchman walks the property at night to ensure security, monitors noise levels from crew quarters, maintains generators at night, and performs maintenance work.
