Description

The ideal candidate will model servant leadership, professional presentation, and a passion for guest ranching. This individual will be responsible for coordinating a positive overall guest experience, communicating details to staff from the time of guest booking through departure, optimizing sales growth and retention, and handling our reservation management system. This role is full-time in-person, with flexibility with schedule for some evening and weekend coverage, and supervises the front office staff and our Head Housekeeper. This role reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

·        Lead, supervise, and train the front office team (Front Office Manager, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Front Office Associates)

·        Monitor and uphold the Ranch’s outward-facing voice, ensuring alignment with our mission and values

·        Organize strategy for rates, specials, groups, and discounts to support sales growth and guest retention

·        Serve as the point person for Property Management Software (PMS), retail, and supporting systems

·        Manage outfitter partnerships

·        Oversee the creation and execution of engaging guest programming

·        Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and optimize bookings

·        Act as a personal advocate for each guest’s experience, from pre-arrival to departure

·        Provide quality control and inspect accommodations to ensure excellence

·        Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email

·        Check in/check out guests, and handle on-site service needs

·        Perform additional front office duties as needed

Required Skills

·        Minimum 2 years of experience working at a guest ranch

·        High school graduate/GED equivalency

·        Valid driver's license and 21+ years old (required for insurance coverage)

·        Strong emotional intelligence and exceptional people skills

·        Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Documents

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        A passion for leadership, teaching, and learning.

Preferred Skills

·        Bachelor's Degree or higher.

·        2+ years of experience working with PMS and POS systems.

·        1+ years in a leadership or management position.
