  • Front of House Supervisor

    Food & Beverage
    Pigeon Forge

    As a Front of House Supervisor, you will support the Food and Beverage manager by leading the front of house team and completing delegated administrative tasks. You will ensure service, brand, and food safety standards are implemented and followed. You will work in the roles of cashier, food runner, barista, bartender and expeditor. This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes the option of team member housing for the duration of employment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Be an expert on all front of house tasks and able to train team on best practices and on being guest-focused
    • Actively maintain guest and team member safety by ensuring all food handling safety and storages protocols are implemented and tracked on logs
    • Ensure a clean and safe workspace through completion of daily and weekly cleaning/deep cleaning checklists tasks
    • Maintain neat, organized, and safely stored work and storage areas where FIFO is practice
    • Assist with all inventory practices including ordering, receiving, waste tracking, setting up count sheets, and completing physical inventory counts
    • Support FBM with team member management through interviewing, scheduling, missed punch adjustments, and coaching conversations
    • Know all drink recipes and ingredients, food item portions and ingredients, with special attention to allergens
    • Ensure all guests are cheerfully attended to and that all service standards are followed
    • Lead by example, maintain composure, take action, and be solution-minded in unpredictable situations such as weather, diverse needs of guests, or incidents on property
    • Collaborate and interact professionally, value teamwork, quickly step in to help others, resolve challenges with quick solutions
    • Learn and share knowledge of local area, culture, and on-site activities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High School (High school diploma) Diploma/GED (High school diploma)
    • Previous restaurant leadership experience, including leading training
    • Experience leading a team of 2-10 people
    • Food Handler Certification and TIPS card, Food Safety manager certification highly desired. Must be certified prior to first day of work
    • Experience with POS systems
    • Knowledge of basic barista and bartending skills
    • Excellent communicator
    • Experience with conducting inventories

    Additional Information

    • Ability to lift 30lbs independently; all lifts over 31 lbs. require assistance from a co-worker
    • Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, including during extreme heat and cold or weather events
    • Able to stand and move for long periods of time
    • Operate guest transport carts and/or property vehicle
    • Stand and walk over slippery and/or uneven natural walking surfaces for majority of workday

  • Line Cook

    Food & Beverage

    As a Line Cook, you are an integral part of our food and beverage program. You will work with other Back of the House team members to deliver on culinary standards in our live fire kitchens. Working in various stations including grill, sauté, fry, prep, pantry, outdoor pop-up dining experiences, and providing support to the overall operation makes you the heart of the operation. You will keep our guests and team members safe by following food safety and sanitation protocols. Your goal is to work as a team to push out quality dishes to create memorable dining experiences. We cater to a diverse range of guests including groups, families, and individuals varying in age, interests, and with various degrees of comfort in outdoor elements. This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes an option for employee housing for the duration of employment.

    Responsibilities

    • Be knowledgeable about menu ingredients and food preparation methods to help navigate guest questions and special dietary needs

  • Camp Facilities Technician 2

    As a Camp Facilities Technician, you work closely with the Facilities Supervisor and Manager to ensure our glamping location is well-maintained, safe, and operational for our team members and guests. You play an important role in our success by performing daily maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of our tents, amenities, equipment, and property. Depending on the camp location, the nature of work performed will vary from basic upkeep (Facilities Technician 2) to more technical functions such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (Facilities Technician 1). This is a seasonal, hourly position that includes a housing option for the duration of employment.

     

    Responsibilities

    • General upkeep of tents, plumbing systems, propane gas water heaters, stove pipes, decks, trailers, vehicles, generators, solar power equipment and more
    • Perform day-to-day maintenance and repair work at a camp location consisting of up to 40 -102 high-quality outdoor tents with plumbing, communal structures with showers and toilets, laundry facilities, restaurants, common areas, fire pits, outdoor activities, and equipment
    • Work alongside facilities team members, under the direction of the Facilities Manager, on related tasks and in across multiple departments as needed
    • Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
    • Other duties as assigned

  • Camp Concierge

    As a Camp Concierge, you are often the first point of contact for our guests on site, and you play a critical role in setting the tone for the duration of their stay. Engage with guests from the moment they arrive on site through the duration of their stay. Your goal is to ensure our guests have everything they need to relax and enjoy being outside together with family, friends, and nature. We cater to a diverse range of guests including groups, families, and individuals varying in age, interests, and with various degrees of comfort in outdoor elements. This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes an employee housing option for the duration of employment.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome and check in guests at reception desk showcasing our amenities and activities; or assist with check out upon departure
    • Learn and share your knowledge of local culture, activities, and adventure activities
    • Demonstrate the ability to problem solve independently or in collaboration with your team and/or supervisor
    • Seek opportunities to ensure guests’ requests and expectations are eagerly fulfilled
