Two Pines is actively hiring two seasonal roles. The first is for a Housekeeping lead position and the second is Operational Specialist position both roles require at least an understanding of housekeeping knowledge as well as a an eye for detail and able to work independently as well as in a team. Our summer season runs from June thru September and winter season is early December thru April. All employees will need to complete a Two Pines certification upon hire. Positions are year round and seasonal.

Housekeeping Lead
Department: Operations
Reports to: Executive Housekeeping Manager
Two Pines Housekeeping Lead is responsible for setting the standards for the housekeepers and the creation and execution of training plans. Always Leading by example and expectations to be met. Responsible for the quality of the housekeeping team as part of the housekeeping team. The housekeeping lead will spend a majority of their time in the field performing departure cleans, mid-stay cleans, and deep cleans as assigned, but will assist the executive housekeeping manager when needed with any training, stocking of cleaning products, and leading the morning line up.
Primary responsibilities:

Lead morning line ups with the executive housekeeping manager.

Pre vehicles for days work, stocking with linens, towels, and cleaning supplies need job assignments

Show up to work on time and in uniform ready to work each day.

Work in conjunction with the purchasing and Receiving / Project Manager to assist in purchasing and stocking cleaning supplies.

Accept and start assignments in Breezeway, making comments and adding pictures to the housekeeping task when necessary.

Fully clean house in between guests stays to include but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, garages, decks, patios, game rooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and more.

Use washer and dryers on sire to do laundry as needed, ensuring laundry is started at the beginning of the job and monitored throughout the cleaning process.

Follow housekeeping standard operating procedures and cleaning SOP for each room.

Ensure the house is put back together and prepped for the guest arrival according to the housekeeping binder.

Report any maintenance issues to the team lead or operations department for repair.

Complete post housekeeping inspections to ensure the housekeeping team is maintaining Two Pines Housekeeping expectations.

Assist in training any new housekeepers to ensure they understand the role and responsibilities of the housekeeping team.

Lead in a manner that values coaching and teaching.
Education/Experience

Proven experience as a cleaner or Housekeeper
-
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Customer-oriented and Friendly

Willingness to grow and learn

Prioritization and time management skills

Working quickly without compromising quality

Knowledge of English language

High school Degree or equivalent
Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand primary english

Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process

Must have a valid drivers license
Physical Demands

Must be able to bend,squat, stand, and move for 8 hours a day.

Must be able to lift or move up to 40 pounds.

Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive movements, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity

Must be willing to drive in inclement weather and work outside in the cold at times
Work Environment

This is mostly office work in a remote environment

This is an awesome job for people who love to work alone and can get the work done. We are also looking for candidates with an eye for detail as well as great organizational skills. Our inspectors are responsible for making sure deliveries are completed to each guest, arrivals have been cleaned and ready to go by Two Pines standards and make sure all departures are inspected for any damages as well as report them to the appropriate people to be addressed.
