About Us: Turning Winds is a premier residential treatment program for teenagers 13-18 who are struggling with co-occurring disorders. We specialize in providing superior treatment through a relational based approach while leveraging high adventure activities to promote change. Our campus is located on 150 acres of tranquil property nestled amongst the Kootenai National Forest in Montana where outdoor activities abound. We provide all meals for our team and also have accommodations for housing on a temporary basis while working your shift. Our staff do not live on site, but have the ability to stay 3-4 days at a time to minimize commuting to our location.

Summary of Position: Turning Winds is seeking a full-time licensed clinician. This position involves supporting an integrated team of professionals while providing exceptional therapeutic care to our clients.
Duties:
Supports a case-load of 5-7 clients
Provides regular individual, group, and family therapy
Completes on-going documentation in a timely manner
Provides solutions to the TW team in how to best support mental and behavioral issues presented by clients
Conduct on time, consistent phone calls with assigned parents
Participates in aftercare check-in's with former clients and their families
Provides timely intake assessments and utilization reviews for insurance billing
Completes assigned discharge plans and discharge summaries
Develops, participates, and conducts parent workshops
Develop and implements parent and student curriculum
Engage in fun activities with clients and team
Implements policies and procedures of Turning Winds Academic Institute pertaining to residents and families
Requirements:
Ability to multi-task, demonstrates flexibility, and prioritizes in a time-sensitive, and often demanding environment.
Organized and detailed oriented.
Ability to manage time effectively
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Engages in appropriate written and verbal communication with families, and treatment team.
Master's degree in related field of work with the ability to qualify for licensure in the state of Montana
Must have at least 3 years experience working with teens
