Tumbling River combines family fun, with a western high service feel. We work as a team to provide the best vacation experience to our guests. Employees are hired for specific positions; however, everyone is expected to help out in all areas as needed. Employees work six days per week and are expected to enjoy the nightly activities with our guests.
Our housekeepers are responsible for daily cleaning of guest rooms and other areas around the ranch.
Our kid crew is one of the most important on the ranch as we are well known for kids programs. We hire a team of 8 that LOVE kids and love being with them all the time! Experience with education, children, and horses is preferred.
Our kitchen staff will be lead by our head cook. The team will be preparing all meals & baked goods. Excellent food is a source of pride at TR. We love staff culinary experience.
The office staff is responsible for overseeing the main ranch office. These staff members will attend to all guest inquiries and needs as well as perform daily office duties.
Our wait staff team serves our guests & staff three meals a day. The wait staff team must be friendly, positive, and provide a high level of service to our guests.
The corral and horses are a focal point. Wranglers will take guests on horseback through Pike National Forest everyday and must be friendly and service oriented.

Our summer season runs from mid-May through mid-September. Preference is given to those applicants able to show up mid-May and commit through mid- August and beyond. Give careful consideration to the dates of availability you list on the application.
