We are looking for enthusiastic and attentive individuals to step into a dual role of bartending and serving. Your main objective will be to provide an excellent guest dining and drinking experience. Great Bartenders and Servers will always make the Guest feel seen and appreciated.  Compensation includes hourly plus pooled tips. 
Responsibilities
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Learn the Guests names and drinks, making the experience memorable
• Have a vast knowledge of cocktails, liquors, wines and beers
• Take food orders, deliver orders, follow-up with Guests to make sure they have everything they need
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar and table service inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent Guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Work with FOH Manager on inventory and ordering
Requirements
• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender and Server
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and sparkling clean
• Valid Alaska CHARR Card
• Valid Alaska Food Safety Card

We are looking for professional line cooks to prepare food to the Chef’s exact specifications and to set up stations for menu items. Responsibilities are the following, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
• Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with their daily tasks.
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills and food and safety practices
• Prepare food for service (chopping vegetables, butchering proteins, preparing sauces, among other duties)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Ability to take direction from the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a consistent and efficient manner
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirements
• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry’s best practices
• Flexible schedule expectations, including weekends, evening and mornings
• Ability to remain adaptable to varying needs of the lodge and clients if things change due to weather conditions and the ability to fly

We are looking for Dishwashers to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our restaurant. Note that this role requires working in shifts and evenings or weekends. Ultimately, you’ll help provide an unforgettable dining experience for our customers. 
Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas

• Load and unload dishwashing machines

• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate China)

• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately

• Set up workstations before meal prep begins

• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours

• Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and work with Management to place orders when necessary

• Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues

• Remove garbage regularly

• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor

• Stock yurt with food and drinks

• Help kitchen prep as needed

We are looking for Room Attendants for our 2025 ski season at both Tsaina Lodge and Rendezvous Lodge. Both Lodges are located in the Chugach Mountains within 45 miles outside of Valdez, AK. The lodges offer upscale accommodations in wilderness settings. One property has 20 single and 4 double rooms which house up to 28 Guests per night, with the other being a yurt style accommodation occupying 16 Guests.
We are looking for professional Room Attendants capable of tending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our Guests that will leave an excellent lasting impression.

We are looking for Snow Removers/Shuttle Drivers for our 2025 ski season at both Tsaina Lodge and Rendezvous Lodge.  Both Lodges are located in the Chugach Mountains within 45 miles outside of Valdez, AK.
We are looking for qualified candidates for our Snow Maintenance/Shuttle Driver position. The right candidate should be able attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a safe, clean and orderly environment for our Guests and Employees.

Responsibilities and Requirements are listed below, but not limited to:
• Remove snow when needed, this may require early mornings and long nights, and is an "as needed" position
• Ensure all paths are free of snow and ice and are safely passable
• Ensure all structures that need to be free of snow are kept that way
• Be able to run a snowblower
• Be able to take direction and instruction from the Head Maintenance Person
• Make sure all snow removal equipment is in good working order
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Must have proper cold weather gear (heavy coat, waterproof pants, gloves, hats, socks, base layers, ect.) for the Alaskan climate
• Must drive shuttle bus from Tsaina Lodge to the Rendezvous Lodge on a daily basis
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license
