ABOUT THE THEODORE ROOSEVELT MEDORA FOUNDATION
With an abundance of caution and care, we are doing everything we can to be ready to welcome guests to Medora this summer. We are all going to need a place to relax and restore ourselves and each other. We are still hiring for the key positions that will allow us to be ready and open this summer.
Seasonal team members come from all over the globe to Medora each year to help make unforgettable attractions have a personal touch for the traveling guests. Many of our former summer staff have told us the same thing: their summer in Medora was the #BestSummerOfMyLife.

THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
Medora offers a unique employee experience with planned activities ranging from volleyball tournaments, talent contests, international night, hikes in Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and so much more. We want you to have a truly amazing experience both on the clock and off.
Our Medora team is international. We employ people from all over the world which only makes for an even richer work experience. Not only do you get to work with people from all over, you also get to serve people coming from all over.

Our operating dates are from early/ mid-May until the end of September. We give preference to applicants who are able to work the entire season.
ROOM AND BOARD
Employees have two living options either at the Elkhorn Quarters (co-ed) or Ferris Hall (female only). Both of these locations are walking distance from all of the best Medora experiences and your work location.

This building is also home to the Medora Musical Rehearsal Hall, the reservation center, and a training room. Life skills classes on various topics will be held in the training room throughout the summer season. These courses are free for employees to attend.
During the summer season, the employee cafeteria in the Life Skills Center is open. Meals are provided optionally at a cost of $6.00/meal. Deductions for meal charges are taken directly from the employee's paycheck. Employees will only be charged for meals actually purchased with their employee meal card.
Not only do you get paid to work and learn in North Dakota's #1 Tourist Destination, and you also get to explore the beautiful Badlands.

GETTING HERE AND GETTING AROUND
Coordinate your travel plans with HR two weeks before your arrival. You can fly into Dickinson (30 miles) or Bismarck (120 miles) and get a shuttle ride to Medora. If you are driving...Google Maps will know where to find us.
Everything in Medora is conveniently located within walking distance or you can rent a bike. Shuttles go several times a week to Dickinson so you can get the essentials you need.
Need a break from all those beautiful Badlands views? The town offers great local shopping and dining options. Historic tours, live shows, museums, live music, and other activities are available for both the sunny and rainy days off.
Medora, Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and the surrounding areas have endless activities to enjoy. Aside from over 150 miles of hiking and biking trails, miles of Little Missouri River to float, and tons of beautiful quiet spaces, there is always a way to getaway.
