About Town of Snowmass Village
The Town of Snowmass Village is a home rule municipality located in Pitkin County, Colorado. The Town encompasses the Snowmass Ski Resort, part of the Aspen-Snowmass Resort. Snowmass Village offers many services to its citizens and guests. The organization, which employs nearly 180 full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees, is comprised of 11 departments including Community Development, Finance, Housing, Human Resources, Parks, Recreation & Trails, Police, Public Works, Tourism, Transportation, Town Attorney’s Office, and Town Manager’s Office.

Getting Here and Getting Around
The Town manages and operates the Village Shuttle, which provides safe, convenient, efficient, and environmentally friendly transportation to the Snowmass Village Community. Transportation throughout Snowmass Village and into Aspen is free to all visitors and residents.
Public transportation is also easily accessible throughout the Roaring Fork Valley on RFTA (Roaring Fork Transportation Authority). The Town provides discounted RFTA bus passes and vanpool options for employees living elsewhere in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Step 2: Initial Review
If we’re lucky enough to hear from you, we'll review your application and weigh your qualifications for the position.
Step 3: Assessment & Interview
Your application has caught our eye and we're impressed with your qualifications! Many of our positions require a written or technical exercise as an initial assessment, followed by a series of interviews.
You may receive an introductory call with HR or the hiring manager to start the conversation - we want to get to know you better and answer any of your questions. Subsequent calls may be scheduled for more in-depth conversations. A final panel interview will then be scheduled to discuss the opportunities and challenges you'll be tackling in the position.
Step 4: Offer & Onboarding
Congratulations - you made it! We'll start the onboarding process once we do our homework. All jobs require some due diligence - background check, reference check, etc. Some positions, such as those in the Police Department, have additional screening requirements.
