Full Time Year Long Fly Shop Rock Star

We are looking for one great person to join our team.  Must have a passion for fly fishing, living and working in Montana and align with our Core Values.  We are looking for great customer service, great attitude and willingness to learn, more than experience in the fly -fishing industry.  We are happy to teach you from the ground up.  This is a full- time year -long job with a starting wage, housing and the ability to move up to management or guiding in the future.  If you want to join a great group where your contribution is valued, where you will work hard, have fun and learn from the ground up this might just be for you.  See our core values below. 

Skills Required

• Very passionate about Fly Fishing and looking to turn the passion into a career.
• Brings a positive can-do attitude to the shop every single day.
• Proficient in basic computer programs
• A willingness to learn every single day and always searching to improve self/skills
• An awesome communicator with customers and other staff
• Organized and Detail orientated
• Willing to work long hours during busy season (June, July, August, and September)
• A person who works well in a team like manner but, looks to be the leader in the room
• Able to assist and give constructive feedback to the shop manager
• A person that not only looks to serve others in fly fishing but in time of need as well
• Wants to be the hardest worker in the room
• Quick Learner and high energy
• Understands that this particular role requires mostly shop time and not much fishing time during busy season
• Creative skills a plus
• Proficient multitasker
