Job Start Date is now through June 15, 2023 (there is one live-in position left and employee must start on or before June 15, 2023) Employees MUST be able to work through September 15, 2023. Please do not apply if you can not fulfill the dates obligations above.
Join our laid-back beach crew and work in a fast-paced To-Go restaurant for our 2023 summer season. Slinging Healthy Smoothies & Acai bowls by day and triple scoop ice cream sundaes by night. If you are a quick learner that loves to hand out smiles, we would love to hear from you.
The Spot Bowl-ista Position MUSTS:
- Must be friendly and out-going
- Must be punctual
- Must work full-time (35-40 hours a week/5 days a week)
- Must be trustworthy
- Must be good under pressure
- Must be available Morning shifts, Night shifts & Weekends
The Spot Bowl-ista Job Description:
- Learning Menu / POS system
- Handling Cash & Credit Card Sales
- Handling / Helping Customers with a Smile
- Blending & Topping Acai Bowls
- Blending Smoothies
- All Ice Cream Duties (scooping, milkshakes, sundaes)
- Cleaning Daily
- Stocking Daily
- Opening & Closing Duties
- Opening & Closing Cash Register
The Spot Bowl-ista Training will include:
- Training on our POS System
- Training on our Menu and Ingredients
- 3-day full work training before able to receive tips

Housing is provided, the cost is deducted directly from paycheck. The cost is $100 a week for housing. (internet, electric & water included) The apartment is a one bathroom, one bedroom, den & kitchen and will be shared with two other employees (3 employees). The employee MUST be able to work through September 15, 2023. Job and apartment are available through October 15, 2023. We can not accommodate staff vacations from the 2nd week of June through the 2nd week of August.
