Front Desk/Shuttle Driver

We are looking for a customer service oriented, organized, positive person to be part of our front desk team.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• Assisting guests throughout their stay as a first point of contact and ensuring they have an amazing stay at our hotel

• Solving guests issues quickly with a positive attitude

• Taking care of multiple tasks throughout the shift

• Maintaining a guest focused welcoming demeanor

• Communicating well with other departments to solve issues

• Making and Managing reservations through Property Management System

• Communicating with guests through phone calls, emails or OTA platforms for questions they have

• Respond to guests’ requests in a timely and professional manner

• Providing Concierge services and local recommendations

• Ensuring billing accuracy

• Help with special projects at the hotel (we are relatively small and we all wear many hats)

• Drive airport shuttle bus and winter ski shuttle to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (must have proof of a good driving record)

• Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Expedia, Booking and TripAdvisor
