The Ranch at Rock Creek is seeking experienced, professional culinary staff to prepare unique and tasty offerings to our guests in a casually refined environment. Knowledge of locally sourced ingredients, proper safety and cleanliness, and the ability to prep ingredients and prepare recipes according to specifications is preferred. Menus vary between a la carte, multi-course menus, tasting menus, Dutch-oven dinners, and regional Montana fare. Successful candidates will possess skill and ability in preparing high-end cuisine, a passion for service and teamwork, and a willingness to go above and beyond for guest needs and requests.
Shared housing is available for $8/day. Continental breakfast and lunch are served daily at N/C. Evening meals are at your own leisure, and kitchens are either provided within the housing unit or access to a full kitchen nearby.
While our first priority is dedication to our guests, employees will find time to enjoy hiking, fly-fishing, photography, cycling, yoga, and many other outdoor activities provided at The Ranch and the surrounding community. Employees with experience in horseback riding may also enjoy participating in our rodeos held every Tuesday throughout the summer.
Position available starting in March. Applicants who can complete the full season extending into September and October will be given priority.
