The Oasis operates the historic AAA Four Diamond Inn and Ranch, restaurants, gift shops, and the world's lowest-elevation golf course. Both hotels are open year-round and feature swimming pools fed by naturally warm local springs.

Job Summary:
Advanced Cooks should anticipate working across all stations and using all kitchen equipment. Depending on the venue, you will work multiple stations, including batch production, high volume ala carte, prep, pantry, and banquets.

*Must have one to three years cooking experience. Fine dining experience is a plus. Expertise as: pantry-worker, prep-cook, fry-cook, egg-cook, broiler-cook, sauté-cook, and butcher.*

The Details:
Position Type: Full-time Year-round preferred, some Seasonal positions may be available.
Pay: $22.40/hr.
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Qualifications:

• One to three years of cooking experience. Fine Dining experience is a plus.

• Expertise as a pantry worker, prep-cook, fry-cook, egg-cook, broiler-cook, sauté-cook, or butcher.

• Attention to detail skills to ensure safety and minimize food waste.

• High level of professionalism, able to follow instructions with follow-up, respect, and integrity.
