We’re hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to Live. Work. Explore. in Death Valley National Park!

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor will supervise The Oasis at Death Valley F&B operations. This position is responsible for all front-of-house operations, as assigned, including customer service, employee relations, and reservations, and ensures proper department standards and food handling procedures are followed.

The Details:
Position Type: Full-time, Year-round
Start Dates: April 2025
Pay: $23.50 per hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior guest and employee relations experience.

• Resolve guest-related issues promptly.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills in a customer-oriented environment

• Follow the F&B Manager's direction to coordinate and facilitate F&B operations to provide quality service and products for our guests.

• Supervisory functions include, but are not limited to: employee relations, conflict resolution, skills training, staff meetings, safety training, and overseeing reservations.

• Responsible for additional supervisory and/or related duties assigned, including voids, handling walkouts and promptly submitting important departmental documents.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service experience.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License

• Must work independently.  

• Must adhere to grooming standards.

• Must adhere to all OSHA and company guidelines when using cleaning materials.

• Must be available for AM and PM Inspector shifts.

• Bilingual preferred.

Physical requirements:

• Must lift 50 pounds.

• Must bend, push, pull, kneel, lift, and stand for extended periods. 

• Must work in extreme temperatures.
