Assistant Property Manager - Grow into Property Manager by December 2025!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hospitality-savvy Assistant Property Manager who’s ready to take on a variety of tasks, from reservations to guest services, all while enjoying the beauty of nature. If you're passionate about hospitality, have experience managing cabins, and love rural mountain life, this is the opportunity for you! A reliable vehicle is required, and we’re looking for someone excited to stay with us for at least 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation Management: Handle bookings, confirmations, and changes using our Property Management System (PMS).
Guest Services: Be the friendly face and voice for our guests—answer their questions and ensure they have a seamless stay.
Communication: Manage phone calls and emails, coordinating between guests, property owners, and staff.
Staff Coordination: Help schedule housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry staff to ensure smooth operations.
Property Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct property inspections and manage repairs to keep everything in tip-top shape.
Administrative Tasks: Keep everything organized with office records, reports, and documents.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous property management or hospitality experience is a must.
Computer Skills: High proficiency in computer use and communication.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and stay organized.
Reliable Vehicle: You’ll need your own reliable vehicle to navigate the mountain roads.
Commitment: We’re looking for someone ready to grow with us for at least 2 years and become a Property Manager by December 2025.
Long-Term Growth Opportunity: Start as Assistant Property Manager and transition to Property Manager by December 2025. Once in this role, you’ll manage cabins, handle owner relations, train staff, and oversee the entire operation.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $22.00, depending on experience. HOUSING, UTILITIES, & WIFI IS INCLUDED IN PAY.
Housing: Private, pet-friendly housing available after promotion.
