  • Charter Captain

    Six Pack Charter Fishing / Adventure Boat Captain: Seeking Charter Boat Captain for remote, upscale adventure and fishing lodge in South East Alaska for 2024 Summer Season. Will run 24- to 29-foot aluminum cabin cruisers for Salmon and Halibut fishing and Adventure Expeditions including wildlife and glacier viewing and sea kayaking and hiking expeditions. Must have 6 pack USCG license. Hospitality, fishing (including fileting), cleanliness, and minor engine maintenance and repair skills a must along with intense safety awareness. Many charters include deck hands to support the Captain. Competitive wages and room, meals and travel reimbursement from Seattle. The ideal candidate possesses a love of the outdoors, has 2+ years experience in the waters of Southeast Alaska and is smoke and drug free. This job does not qualify as a “Specialty Occupation” for the purposes of an H1B Visa.

  • Deck / Camp Hand

    Assist in the daily operations of the charter boat and lodge operations.  Boat and dock operation responsibilities include supporting saltwater charter fishing trips by assisting the captain on board, making sure supplies such as bait, guest food and beverage, safety items, kayaks and gear, and hiking/biking/caving/sightseeing supplies are available. Will also filet and pack fish for freezing and shipping with guests. Additional property responsibilities include chopping firewood, landscaping, carrying heavy items, supporting maintenance and kitchen operations, guiding local adventures and interacting extensively with guests. Must be comfortable working with a team in a remote location.

    Kitchen

    Wait Staff: Seeking food and beverage wait staff for remote, upscale adventure and fishing lodge in South East Alaska for 2024 Summer Season. Hospitality professional to support on-site lodge operation. Jobs will include waiting tables and assisting with kitchen duties. Additional opportunities may include leading guests on day excursions into the Alaskan wilderness for kayak, hiking, mountain biking and wildlife expeditions. The ideal candidate possesses a love of the outdoors, has experience waiting tables and is smoke and drug free. May also include housekeeping support based on applicant's interest. This job does not qualify as a “Specialty Occupation” for the purposes of an H1B Visa.

  • Server/Kitchen Assistant

    Food & Beverage postion at remote, upscale adventure and fishing lodge in South East Alaska for 2024 Summer Season.  Candidate will serve guests in our dining room. Experienced culinary staff is responsible for three meals a day, seven days a week for up 30 guests and 25 staff. Breakfast is made to order, lunch is a mixture of gourmet boxed and table service and dinner is menu based and plated to order (not buffet style). The lodge includes an institutional kitchen and the staff includes prep and dish/cleaning support. The Chef staff will manage a weekly ordering cycle that requires orders be placed over a week in advance to accommodate barging to the remote location. The ideal candidate possesses a love of the outdoors and is smoke and drug free. This job does not qualify as a “Specialty Occupation” for the purposes of an H1B Visa.

  • Adventure Guide

    Adventure guide for remote, upscale adventure and fishing lodge in South East Alaska for 2022 Summer Season. Provide quality guiding in a remote location to help upscale adventure travelers experience Alaska in grand style. Lead guests on day excursions into the Alaskan wilderness for kayak, hiking, mountain biking, fly- and saltwater fishing and wildlife expeditions. Experience is required and applicants should demonstrate a healthy work ethic, strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment. We are looking for candidates with a love of hospitality and multi-sport activities. The ideal candidate possesses a love of the outdoors and is smoke and drug free. This job does not qualify as a “Specialty Occupation” for the purposes of an H1B Visa.

  • Prep Cook

    Food & Beverage

    Food and Beverage position at remote luxury adventure lodge in Southeast Alaska. Responsibilities include: prep work; box lunch prep; execution of all aspects of breakfast, lunch and dinner operation; kitchen cleaning and organization; support of the Executive Chef and staff; inventory and supplies management; and sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing. At least 2 years kitchen experience required.

  • Houskeeper

    Main Lodge

    Hospitality professional to support on-site lodge operation. Job will include cleaning rooms and keeping the lodge and surrounding areas clean.  The ideal candidate possesses a love of the outdoors, has experience waiting tables and is smoke and drug free. May also include food service support based on applicant's interest. This job does not qualify as a “Specialty Occupation” for the purposes of an H1B Visa
