High in the Rocky Mountains, cliff side at an elevation of over 10,000 feet, the views are stunning, the air is fresh, and every one of our newly renovated rooms is unique and pristine.

Located 107 miles west of Denver in the Arapaho National Forest, and only 5 miles from historic downtown Breckenridge, The Lodge at Breckenridge is the idyllic setting for outdoor adventures. There’s always something for everyone, like hiking and biking, world-class golf, white water rafting, shopping, festivals and of course, the best skiing in the Rockies.

In addition to our Lodge guest rooms, we offer 2 spacious and cozy private luxury homes for rent. Our on-site Alpine Spa offers therapeutic massages, spa treatments, and signature packages perfect for pampering. Also, our Traverse Restaurant & Bar serves up fresh, local and seasonal culinary creations.

The Lodge at Breckenridge is open year-round and typically hires both full-time and part-time positions. Because our positions are regular and not seasonal, our employees qualify for amazing benefits. 

Positions we typically hire include Shuttle Drivers, Front Desk Agents, Housekeepers, Breakfast Attendants, Cooks, and Servers. The average pay ranges from $13-$17 per hour depending on position and experience.

On their first day, team members can expect to have a property tour as well as some HR training and team training. Team members typically work 8 hour shifts; weekends are busiest so weekend availability is required. We do our best to be able to give team members consecutive days off. Team members can also request days off, but it's first come, first serve and all requests must be approved by a manager. Requests are not allowed for certain holidays and busy periods.

Dress code requirements may vary based on position. No jeans, t-shirts, scarves, or tights are allowed.

For meals, we offer discounts in our restaurant and at the front desk market. There is also a mini market and larger grocery store located within about 2 miles from The Lodge. A few local pizza places also deliver directly to The Lodge.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working closely with people and is highly customer service oriented. Our team members work closely with our guests to ensure amazing experiences including family vacations, weddings, and outdoor activities!

Our team members must be friendly, reliable, motivated, and flexible to assist in other areas. Due to the size of our staff, all team members must be willing to take on additional duties regularly to meet the needs of the business and help their fellow team members.

Room and Board

There is no housing or RV sites offered as part of employment.

The cost of living in this area can be high and local housing options may be limited. If you're coming to this area, we recommend finding a shared housing option such as roommates or renting a room.

Getting Here and Getting Around

We highly recommend that team members bring their own vehicles. There is plenty of parking at no charge at The Lodge.

From the best skiing in the Rockies to fly fishing, hiking, and white water rafting, Breckenridge offers a world of fun, year-round activities.

The Victorian core of this former mining town is preserved as the Breckenridge National Historic District, running primarily along Main Street, with colorfully painted buildings from the 1880s and 1890s housing shops, galleries and restaurants.
