About The Home Ranch
The Home Ranch is always looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill its staff ranks. If you love working with people and appreciate the beauty of the Colorado Rockies, perhaps you would be interested in a job at our guest ranch.
The Employee Experience
The employee experience here at The Home Ranch is one our employees never forget. The staff love to enjoy bonfires throughout the week and indulge in outdoor recreation while they are not working. Whether its a moonlight hike to the hot springs, backpacking through Zirkels Wilderness, or going out to dance, the staff are very active and take full advantage of their time here in beautiful Clark. The relationships last well after one leaves the ranch and often brings returners back to work another great season.
Staff also join guests for a campfire dinner every week where they get to mingle and play yard games with the guests. Many guests look forward to returning and interacting with our staff.
We desire employees who love the outdoors, people, teamwork, and who are eager and willing to jump in to lend a hand wherever or whenever needed on the ranch.
We are a good fit for hard workers that will be comfortable in our more remote location.
Room and Board
We provide three meals to all staff daily. On site housing varies from small individual cabins to shared houses. The types available depends on needs, availability & gender. We supply the bed linens, towels, basic cooking items and furnishings.
