A successful steakhouse in Dillon, MT looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside our Executive Chef.
Potential candidates must have knowledge of soups, sauces, selecting, and preparing meats, and knife skills.
Applicant must have the ability to confidently expedite a line. Good communication skills are necessary for our place of business.
Knowledge of ordering and receiving foods, as well as taking inventory is required.
The ability to work 40-55 hours a week, with two days off, and be able to withstand long hours of standing, weekends, and holidays required.
One week of paid vacation after 6 months of employment with the approval of the Executive Chef. We are looking for someone to represent The Den in a positive way with an ambitious attitude.
