2+ years of experience in as a Front of House restaurant server and leader

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and POS systems

Front of House Supervisor and Server
As our Front of House Server Lead or Server Supervisor, you'll play a key role in both day-to-day service and the overall coordination of front-of-house operations. While you'll still be serving tables alongside your team, you’ll also take a step back when needed to ensure smooth, efficient service and a consistently excellent guest experience.
Job Summary:
Front of House Server & Supervisor
Your responsibilities will include setting a tone of excellent service for the “elevated” dining experience that we aim to provide, create the staff schedule, identifying and communicating restock needs to the General Manager, and supporting communication between the front of house, kitchen, and events teams. As the schedule lead, you'll also be involved in planning for events to ensure we're fully staffed and set up for success.
This role is ideal for someone who is a natural leader because they genuinely care about hospitality and supporting their team. You take pride in helping others grow, and you lead by example—always working to create a positive, collaborative environment where both guests and staff can thrive.

Our kitchen has been recently renovated, and is one of, if not the, nicest kitchens in the area! Our chef joins us from New Zealand and is ready to lead a team to greatness! We do events around town as well, so be prepared for an array of different experiences!
Dishwashers

Servers
Servers will serve in a mixture of settings including, a newly renovated bar, a more formal dining room, an outdoor tent with a stage, and event venues throughout Creede.
