The Beet is looking for a professional Sous Chef that has experience with high volume sauté + plancha stations. Position requires production experience in butchery, saucier, as well as fine dining discipline desired. We offer the ability to learn new skills, work hard, and have fun on a chill island. Nantucket offers beaches, hiking, biking and mild winter temps make the outdoors accessible all year long.

The Beet is open year round. This position is year round.
