We are a locally owned Fly Fishing Guide Service in Jackson Hole and love sharing the excitement of the Tetons with employees and guests! We are looking for a Fly Fishing Guide for the Summer of 2023. Please read below for some more information on the position:

-We start guiding in May and end in late September/ Early October. We can be flexible so let us know what dates work for you. 

-Owning your own driftboat and guide vehicle (ideal vehicle can seat 4 guests comfortably) is preferred. We have three different pay rates for (1) using your own Driftboat/vehicle, (2) using only your vehicle and one of our drift boats, or (3) using our vehicle and drift boats. 

-We primarily guide the Snake River but also guide Lewis Lake in Yellowstone, the Green River, and the Salt River. 

-As a guide, you provide fly fishing gear for the guests. It is important to have some prior knowledge of Fly Fishing. After all, you are teaching other people how to fly fish!

-Experience rowing a river Driftboat is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. 

-Swift Water Rescue and First Aid/CPR are required. Classes are offered in Jackson Hole in May and June. 

-We can talk to serious candidates about housing options.

-Being a Fly Fishing Guide is FUN! You get to spend every day outside, on the river. We look for candidates that are energetic, organized, reliable, and have good customer service skills.
