T-Lazy-7 Ranch is family-owned and operated for 85 years, and our snowmobile tours are in high-demand, attracting Aspen’s elite clientele. Nestled in Aspen’s Maroon Creek Valley, under the watchful gaze of the 14,000 ft Pyramid Peak, T-Lazy-7 Ranch is just minutes by car from town and minutes by snowmobile to the Maroon Bells, one of North America’s most photographed mountain peaks. 

T-Lazy-7 Snowmobiles seeks an energetic and enthusiastic person to lead its Tour Sales/ Snowmobile Office team. Do you love knowing that you are creating lasting memories for guests? In the Snowmobile Office Manager position, you will be leading a 4-person office team in providing top-level hospitality to our guests, you and the office staff are the face of the company, the first point of contact for guest, and the ones who greet the guests at the beginning of each snowmobile experience. 

In this role, you will be…

  • painting the picture of the snowmobile experience guests will remember for a lifetime when they call to reserve a tour, and cultivating the staff's sales style and techniques
  • preserving the warmth, vibrancy and orderly presentation of the office where guests are received
  • among the first people the guests see when they arrive, and you will assist in getting them signed-in and sent-off on their winter adventure
  • interfacing with guests and addressing customer needs in support of the office staff
  • assisting radio communication with the snowmobile guides 
  • seeing to the accurate completion of office paperwork (legal waivers, incident reports, day-to-day guide and office forms)
  • scheduling office staff shifts as well as keeping company-wide time sheets
  • working with concierge and travel planners for group bookings, handling all aspects of group tours from booking to billing
  • responsible for complete, accurate end-of-day banks and reports
  • assisting with concierge relations
  • assist office staff with all of their duties


  • Must be eligible to work in the USA
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Previous management experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous retail experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Previous office experience
  • Education level - Bachelors Degree
  • Extensive POS experience
  • Strong computer experience (able to troubleshoot issues, proficient in Microsoft Office)
  • Exceptional written and spoken English-language skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional sales skills
  • Communication on a two-way radio
  • Lead with patience, positivity and by example
  • Work in a crowded environment with various noises and activity (talking, phones, radios, revving engines, guests sign-ins)
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Impeccable work product presentation
  • Impeccable office space presentation
  • Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Live on premises (full-time only)
  • Valid driver’s license, with no restrictions 
  • Able to lift 30 lbs without injury to self
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Covid vaccinations encouraged

Seasonal Employment:

  • The Snowmobile Office Manager position is a contracted seasonal, full-time position starting at the end of October 2023, and ending April 30, 2024. 
  • Office Manager works Tuesdays through Saturdays; however, the Snowmobile Office is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm throughout the snowmobile season (including Thanksgiving and Christmas days) and Office Manager may be needed sometimes on days off.

Pay & Perks:
