The Employee Housing Coordinator is a dynamic role in assisting the housing office with general office support and property management operations.

Employee Housing Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general Housing Office support such as but not limited to check-ins, check-outs, room inspections, move-out inspections, maintenance requests, coordination room cleanings, resident needs, resident lost and found, general phone and email support, and prospective and current tenant inquiries.
  • Ensure department spreadsheets and data are accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Provide support to residents and escalate situations to the Housing Manager as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with the Human Resources department to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Assist in ordering and stocking Employee Housing vending machines.
  • Assist in Employee Housing Resident events as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining department paperwork.

Employee Housing Coordinator Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A College degree or active pursuit in a college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Hospitality or Property Management.
  • Ability to work in the faced past environment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and proficient computer skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Interest in employee culture, housing, or human resources.
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
