Sugarbush Resort

Join us in the Mad River Valley of Vermont for four seasons of fun and adventure!

Make this your best winter yet by joining the team at Sugarbush and taking advantage of everything Vermont has to offer.

Located in the scenic Mad River Valley, Sugarbush truly is the heart of the Green Mountains. Unlike any other ski community in the US, Warren and Waitsfield are fun, beautiful, and exciting places to call home.

About Sugarbush Resort

Sugarbush is a year-round destination, offering some of the best skiing and riding in the east, an award-winning ski school, mountain biking, golf, disc golf, an array of dining venues, and a fully appointed Health and Recreation Center. The resort employs approximately 165 year-round and close to 1,000 in the height of the winter season.

Sugarbush is located in a working landscape that is home to pasture-raised meat, dairy, and vegetable farms. We do believe that life is better here in the Mad River Valley, and we are committed to making Sugarbush a better place as well. We want our employees to feel and get better by being part of our special community. In life, many of us share a desire to live our lives tomorrow a little better than today. Call it what you will. Motivation. Drive. Perseverance. But every day, we have the opportunity to get a little better.  We think you'll find that at Sugarbush, you, too, can Be Better Here.

The Employee Experience

Our investment in each employee includes a comprehensive wellness initiative, unwavering commitment to safety, growth opportunities, and a wide variety of resort benefits. Employees get to take advantage of our 4000+ acre playground including skiing, golf, mountain activities,  health club membership, resort discounts, and more, so it's easy to share your enthusiasm for Sugarbush with our guests.

The well-being of our employees, guests, and communities is our top priority as we deliver enhanced operations to help combat the spread of COVID-19.  To that end, we have introduced a new Extended COVID Leave Policy, where, in conjunction with other programs, employees may take paid sick leave, up to a maximum of two weeks, due to qualifying reasons related to COVID-19. View our comprehensive health and safety protocols here.

Sugarbush seeks employees that value our principles of respect, integrity, teamwork, and sustainability.
