    Job Description

    The Pastry Cooks responsibilities include preparing high quality, scratch pastry items to include breakfast danish, plated restaurant and banquet desserts, cakes, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, displays/centerpieces and special request items, with an emphasis on custom cakes.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely
    • Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and club requirements
    • Meet with the Chefs to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.
    • Inspect the cleanliness and working conditions of all tools, equipment and supplies

  • Expeditor

    Food Expeditors are generally responsible for communicating orders and information between the front of the house and back of the house. Their role is crucial for proper food management and process functionality.

    Essential Duties

    • Check wait staff area, dining room, and patio before, during, and after the shift to ensure a clean and professional atmosphere.
    • Set up your station and fill any missing items before, during, and after shift.
    • Greet members in a friendly and courteous manner.
    • Assist all wait staff with the preparation of their condiments and ordered items.
