One of Alaska's newest luxury sport fishing resorts is seeking an Executive Chef for the months of June, July, and August.  Think of it as an opportunity to spend your summer in beautiful Southeast Alaska while providing professional hospitality and fine dining to guests.

The Steamboat Bay Fishing Club is the sister property to Waterfall Resort. Waterfall Resort has been the premier sport fishing destination in Alaska for the past 30 years. Both properties are located in SE Alaska approximately 45 miles apart by water. The Chef will be responsible for all kitchen operations.  This position reports directly to the Resident Manager who oversees The Steamboat Bay Fishing Club.

Qualified applicants will have a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience as Sous Chef or Executive Chef with five (5) years hands on experience. ACF accreditation preferred. This is hands-on, seasonal position in a beautiful but remote location. Competitive salary with housing & meals provided.
