- Ensure the dining room is well stocked with utensils, napkins, glasses, tablecloths, and table decorations.
- Dust woodwork, wash mirrors, vacuum carpets, clean and wax floors, and help to clean up spills.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Assist servers as necessary.
- Help serve food, carry heavy trays, and fill water glasses.
- Clear dishes from tables between courses.

- Cleaning and setting tables and placing seasonal decorations, candles, and table cloths.
- Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers.
- Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assisting staff with all aspects of service.
- Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks.
- Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.
- Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Transporting used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section.
- Assisting with unloading and storing stock.
- Prior experience with cooking and food preparation preferred.

- Assist with maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety throughout
- Collaborate with manager to review all employee performance and provide training to increase all performance and monitor all guest requests efficiently to achieve all customer objectives and maintain knowledge on all liquor regulations.
- Manage all storage supplies and assign staff in all requisition activities and evaluate all daily specials.
- Oversee all work in shift and restock all supplies at end of shift and perform regular inspections on all equipment and recommend required repairs.
- Ensure the Sorrel team are always well groomed and ready for work.

Minimum of 2 years’ restaurant experience and knowledge about POS (point of sale) systems.
- Candidate must have thorough knowledge of all menus, specials, wine lists, beers and drinks.
- Receive customers’ orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly and accurately.

- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs., and bending, stooping and reaching are constant working conditions.
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience in a fast-paced work environment is required

Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities may include plumbing, carpentry, HVAC work, working with pumps, light electrical, cleaning, moving equipment, light mechanical, preventative maintenance on vehicles and grounds equipment, drywall repair, painting, grounds work and other additional assigned duties.
Plumbing: Includes the repair, replacement, and installation of faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, and kitchen appliances

Spa Therapist
Wrangler
All successful wrangler candidates should have proven horse skills with solid guest service experience as well. Knowledge and experience of western riding is a must. Must be safety conscious, have the ability to instruct guests and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for conducting safe trail rides and safety of staff and guests on horse back as well as in the barn area. Ideal candidate will posses extensive experience with horses and previous western riding experience Some veterinarian knowledge and previous experience teaching lessons, a plus. Must be willing to learn the local area and the other amenities offered by the resort. Job duties include but are not limited to; cleaning corral area, barn and maintenance of all tack and equipment, keeping files up to date, maintaining health and welfare of the herd and any other tasks as assigned.
