Live in the heart of the 15th national park. We have low Cost housing available at our Manzanita and Visitor Center locations.  We are looking for experienced individuals to join our team of amazing associates for the 2023 season. We have tons of seasonal positions available! 
 
While enjoying the breath-taking scenery at Lassen Volcanic National Park you can be part of the team working as a:

Accounting Coordinator - Provide timely and efficient tracking and reporting of all company receivables and payables. Ability to prepare and reconcile reports, audit invoices, track payments and perform procedures related to vendor payments. Must have strong knowledge of accounting principles. 

Boat Attendant - Responsible for providing an extraordinary guest experience by offering friendly and courteous service. Assist guest with rental of boats, and ensure the dock and boats are maintained on a daily basis. 

Café Associate - Responsible for preparing food and beverage items in accordance with company standards and deliver extraordinary hospitality. Flexibility to work in food preparation, packaging, cashiering and fulfilling beverage orders. 

Café Lead - Assist in training and supporting all Café staff to be proficient in preparing and serving food/beverages in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Ensure accuracy of all guest orders by maintaining expert knowledge of point-of- sale system and be able to provide training for other associates on the system. 

Housing/Activity Coordinator - Responsible for the effective and timely coordination and communication of all employee housing assignments at sites controlled or owned by the Company to ensure efficient and effective rooming arrangements for all employees. Also responsible for the coordination and implementation of employee activities.

Inventory Specialist - Responsibilities include ensuring all merchandise is received and entered in to the system with 100% accuracy. Ensure merchandise is distributed according to the store needs and maintain an organized warehouse. 

Maintenance Manager - Responsible for ensuring all goals and objectives of the Maintenance Department are achieved in a timely, cost-effective and quality-oriented manner. Must be adept at managing budgets, leading and developing maintenance staff into a strong performing team and possess the ability to complete a variety of maintenance tasks.

Porter - Greet and escort guests to their accommodations, assisting with their luggage as required. Assist with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance as needed. 

Retail Lead - Work in close collaboration with the Retail Manager to ensure that the retail business at all locations operates in an efficient and seamless manner while following all company policies and procedures to ensure an extraordinary experience for all Park visitors. Assist with training of retail staff and backup retail manager on days off. 

Warehouse Associate - Responsible for receiving, tagging and maintaining retail inventory and storage for the Company’s stores to ensure that they operate efficiently and with the highest level of customer service. Maintain the warehouse in an organized and clean manner.

All positions must be able to handle various duties that involve frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally, with assistance. The majority of time will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range varies by position ($16-18/hr.)
