We provide a competitive wage to professionals who take pride in what they do. We also schedule 2 days off a week and encourage our crew to explore our beautiful Sawtooth area.
Wash and put away dishes, help with some food prep and help maintain a clean kitchen environment.
Clean and Sanitize guest lodging units, make beds and insure all lodging is stocked appropriately with towels and other amenities. Assist in laundry with stocking, sorting and folding of all linens. Separate recyclables and trash removal from various areas of the lodge property. Keep housekeeping and Laundry areas stocked and cleaned.
Communicate with the Front Desk on room turnovers on a daily basis.
Maintain a professional appearance and be personable and helpful with all guests and staff
Looking for outgoing individuals who are the face of our parlor. We are known for our milkshakes and ice cream cones after a day in the mountains.
Prepare food for guests in extremely fast paced and busy environment. Previous line-cook experience required, excellent breakfast , lunch and dinner cooks needed. Attention to detail, cleanliness and presentation as well as the ability to have fun at and out of work is desired.
We look for outgoing individuals who have previous server experience in a fast casual restaurant. Knowledge of wine and craft beers a plus. Must be able to serve in a breakfast, lunch and dinner atmosphere as we are a three meal a day full service restaurant.

What additional sanitation and safety measures will be in place at Smiley Creek Lodge?
The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We will be following all guidelines laid out by the CDC and Idaho South Central Department of Health to maintain the highest possible standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Measures currently in place
- Employees will not be permitted to work if there are signs or symptoms consistent with infection, if you do not feel good please stay home
- Required use of face coverings for staff
- Required use of face coverings for guests (per local mandates)
- Reduction/removal of tables and chairs in dining/bar areas to increase distancing
- Increased outdoor seating available
- Adjusted menus and food service practices to meet current and upcoming Idaho Covid -19 guidelines to provide a safe and friendly dining experience
- Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of all public surfaces
- Installation of hand sanitizer dispensers in public places
- Additional signage in public spaces to ensure social distancing
