Line Cook

Join our busy kitchen for a fast paced and fun summer.  We are a family run lodge and restaurant in rural Alaska that provides home made comfort food to locals and tourists alike.

This position is for an experienced cook who has worked grill, fry station, salad station and prep. 

We have a well-rounded menu and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day that we are open. 

This position includes housing in a dry cabin behind the lodge on our beautiful 26 acres. The cabin is furnished with basic essentials, and you will have access to bathrooms and private showers within the lodge at any time day or night. 2 meals a day from the restaurant are included in the wage package, and a mini fridge and microwave are provided in the cabin for any other personal food. Laundry facilities are also available to you 2 days a week. 

You will be responsible for airfare to Anchorage, and we will provide a ride from the airport to the lodge which is about 2 hours north. This also applies for the end of the season.
