Nestled in the Colorado Rockies overlooking Grand Lake, Shadowcliff puts you at the doorstep of Rocky Mountain National Park, the town of Grand Lake, the beautiful Fraser Valley, and the Continental Divide Trail. Activities such as hiking, biking, camping, horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and more are at your fingertips!

Shadowcliff's Hospitality Assistants are responsible for working as a team to provide a variety of services including housekeeping, kitchen assistance, and special projects for the full Shadowcliff campus and our guests. Detailed and conscientious demonstration of duties includes cleaning cabins, guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with strict cleaning protocols, doing hospitality laundry, assisting the Kitchen Manager/Cook and Lead Kitchen Assistant with meal preparation, food service, and kitchen clean-up, and performing special projects for Shadowcliff's facilities and grounds under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager. 

A variable weekly schedule offers ample opportunity to explore the wonders of Rocky Mountain National Park and surrounding areas. At this time we are accepting applicants on a rolling basis and we are seeking individuals who can commit to the full Shadowcliff season, which ends on September 30th. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, love the outdoors, and be able to work effectively and respectfully with a diverse staff and guests.

Hospitality Assistants receive a monthly stipend of $1,000 (pro-rated for partial months), a shared, furnished room in the main lodge (all utilities included), a share of tips, and meals/food.
